    • Groups with a participant count of 9 or more are permitted to perform for a maximum duration of 8 minutes.

  • Participation is limited to 1 program per event for 1 participant.
  • There is no restriction on number of performances by 1 choreographer as long the performances have unique set of participants in each team.
  • In an effort to encourage diverse artistic expressions and accommodate participants with multifaceted talents, we have established exceptions regarding participation in more than one performance. Participants are granted the opportunity to engage in a second performance, provided it falls under the category of Arts. The specified performances eligible for this exception include:

    • Silambam
Note: It is important to note that, despite engaging in multiple performances, each participant will be eligible to receive only one award, acknowledging their overall contribution to the event.
  • For skits involving participants acting out dialogues, please ensure that all dialogues are pre-recorded. Live dialog delivery performances are not permitted.
  • Choreographers are encouraged to introduce their teams using their own creative and innovative methods. Alternatively, the MC will handle team introductions if necessary.
  • Please be prepared to share your track on or before March 28th, 2024 to theboardmembers@iowatamilassociation.org
  • The dates for the stage rehearsal will be communicated to registered Choreographers shortly.
